Keyfort attains approved supplier status for its Cloud Computing and IT Engineering Services from the Crown Commercial Service.

Local government has a clear and pressing need to consolidate and efficiently deliver its services, Keyfort’s IT project teams and Cloud Computing services are now approved to help them do just that.

The Crown Commercial Service brings together policy, advice and direct buying; providing commercial services to the public sector and saving money for the taxpayer. As part of this work they have developed framework agreements with pre-approved suppliers to facilitate faster, more cost effective and efficient procurement of IT services and skills to cut costs, standardise services and encourage collaboration across public sector organisations.

Keyfort has completed the rigorous evaluation process and has demonstrated the required technical capability. As a result of this work the Crown Commercial Service have awarded Keyfort approved supplier status for not one but two framework agreements.

  • In November 2015 Keyfort was approved as a supplier for the G Cloud 7 framework, for the provision of infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and software as a service (SaaS).
  • In March 2016 Keyfort was approved as a supplier for the Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework, for the provision of IT project teams and individual IT specialists.
