Keyfort Cloud Services

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

Software as a Service (SaaS)

Cloud computing is the practice of using a network of remote servers hosted on the internet to store, manage and process data, rather than on a local server or a personal computer. Cloud computing is a big shift from the traditional way because businesses are thinking more about IT resources.

What are the benefits that you can take advantage of?

  • Reduce Costs- companies no longer need to maintain physical infrastructure
  • Availability- users have access to their private sensitive data anytime they choose
  • Security- the cloud offers more advanced security features than local servers
  • Mobility- mobile access to corporate data with smartphone and devices
  • Scalability- cloud infrastructure scales on demand to support fluctuating workloads.
  • Collaboration- teams can collaborate from widespread locations

What can Keyfort do for you?

We will also give you personalised training with planning and assistance and comprehensive support. The data that we back up for your business or organisation is accessible from any device and anywhere.

Keyfort Cloud Services are housed in a N+1 standard generator, UPS and air-conditioned data centre. these data centres are IOS 27001 compliant.

Why move over to a Keyfort’s Cloud Server?

  • There is no cost for a physical infrastructure because Keyfort own their own and is managed by the IT engineering team, which means you do not have to spend thousands on a new piece of hardware.
  • Cloud servers are fast and expandable, allowing them to meet business’ requirements as they grow.
  • The cloud servers reside in UK based data centres that are ISO 270091 compliant.
  • The cloud servers are always up through back-up batteries, so if the internet ever went down, they would still be up and running. This is known as an auto fail-over, meaning that you will always have access to your business’ sensitive data.
  • It is easy to set up for remote working, meaning that you are able to work away from your office and still access your businesses data.

What services does Keyfort Cloud Services include?

Keyfort Cloud Services provides two types of services that include; Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS).

Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) are the online services that are used for accessing, monitoring and managing remote data centre infrastructures; such as storage, networking and networking services. Which means that you won’t need to buy any hardware, instead you can purchase IaaS based on consumption-which is similar to electricity or other utility billing.

Software as a Service is a method of software delivery that allows data to be accessed from any device with an Internet Connection and web browser

Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

Infrastructure as a Service involves; data centres, disaster recovery, email management service and offsite backup.

  • Data Centres are networks which are purposed for collecting, storing, processing, distributing or allowing access to large amount of data. A secure Virtual Private Network (VPN) access will be provided for private two way access to your servers where you are guaranteed to receive top speed secure access to your server content.
  • Disaster Recovery (DR) is a set of policies and procedures which are set to protect organisations from any disasters. DR allows for organisations to recover access to their software, data and/or hardware and allow them to resume the performance of normal, critical business functions. DR plans must be adaptable and routinely updated in order to maximise their recovery after a disaster.
  • Email Management Service (EMS) uses multi-layered anti-spam and dual layer antivirus technology to filter out any emails which are harmful or unsolicited, leaving you with only the emails which matter. Keyfort’s Email Management Service is the ideal bridge to upgrading to our cloud email service.
  • Offsite backup is the process of copying the important files and data from your office and saving them somewhere else for safekeeping. This safeguards them in case of any unfortunate event. Everything will happen automatically, so you can always feel safe knowing your data is backed up. Without offsite backup, data recovery can cost thousands, whilst often procuring nothing.
