The power outage has now been resolved and service has been restored as normal.

Our supplier has said the fault has been identified as being part of the ongoing major BT outage within one of their London data centers. All traffic has been moved to unaffected carries so customers should now see service return to normal.

An issue has been identified upstream of our supplier, one of their carriers is experiencing power loss within one of their data centers. Our supplier is currently looking to move traffic through other carriers that are not affected by this outage.
Some of our VOIP customers are experiencing intermittent failure of outbound calls. Our supplier is investigating and will release an update shortly.
