Mike started working with KeyFort in February 2023, and took the reins in May that year. Mike brings a wealth of experience in Operations and Business Development, having worked in a large, more corporate environment. He is enjoying the challenge of running a small business.

Outside of work, he is most likely to be found: Coaching kids football, watching Bournemouth play, riding his bike or with his family.

Having worked with Mike before in a large corporate environment, Cara agreed to work for him (again!!) in April 2024. She has plenty of leadership experience plus has been instrumental in implementing change and efficiencies in various industries.

Outside of work, she is most likely to be found: In the outdoors with her family, reading, or in the pub with a glass of wine.

Paul joined KeyFort in 2010, bringing a passion for computing and engineering. Known in the office as 'The Wizard', if it's IT related, Paul is always able to find a solution to the problem.

Outside of work, he is most likely to be found: Working on his home IT set up with a PB&J sandwich!

Joao joined in July 2017. He enjoys the variety of working in IT as the industry is always evolving. His favourite part of his job is understanding how the infrastructure of businesses works. He is the pack leader and has the loudest bark.

Ian started with KeyFort in 2018 and has been giving TED Talks ever since. He has a passion for complex industrial infrastructure, and a keen interest in the artistry of the architectural design behind it.

Outside of work, he is most likely to be found: Working on his home IT set up, playing Dungeons and Dragons or enjoying a Bourbon whiskey.

Aistis joined in June 2019. He enjoys working with a wide range of infrastructure, experiencing different scenarios and learning from them.

Charlie is the newest member of the KeyFort team. He has previously worked for a large corporate company as part of their IT team. He enjoys working in IT because there's always something new to learn and he is skilled at using critical thinking to solve issues.

Outside of work, he is most likely to be found: Playing computer games, playing Dungeons and Dragons, seeing friends or cooking.

Tony, who was one of the founding directors of KeyFort back in 2000, has had a varied career in a multitude of industries. After being a more silent partner, Tony has taken on a more active role since the beginning of 2023.

Outside of work, he is most likely to be found: On the golf course or on holiday.

Patricia joined KeyFort in 2009, supporting the financial activites of the business throughout various different changes.

Outside of work, she is most likely to be found: In the swimming pool!
